Special Instructions

A couple of important reminders! If you are running 15 mins late, I will try to accommodate and make it work. If it’s not available we will have to reschedule. The front door will be open until 5 pm, and after that time I will buzz you in for the first and the second door. Please wait by the waiting lobby or the bench by my suite until I am ready to take you on back. Please do not arrive more than 5-10 minutes earlier of your appointment time as I could be finishing up with a client. With being mindful of others getting their services done, kids are not allowed. Look forward to our appointment and to meet you!

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify Andie at least 24 hours in advance. If we are able to fill your spot with someone else during your appointment time and it was less than 24 hours notice, no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and we are unable to fill your spot, a cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

Class Cancellation Policy

Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee, as it becomes challenging to accommodate other clients during that time. We understand emergencies can happen, and we encourage you to contact us via phone, email, or direct message at And Skin Esthetics to inform us of any unforeseen circumstances.
